Background
It's a common misconception that Bucks County's affluence protects itself from the problems of homelessness. On any given night, however, a total of 530 individuals in our community thrive without a home. The average age of one of these individuals? Just nine years old. These statistics are staggering, dumbfounding, in such a beautiful and prominent county as ours. Our job here at BCHG is to mitigate the problems of homelessness in an effort to make our county a better place for the not-so-lucky ones, the ones that fall within the cracks of our community. |
