The Bucks County Housing Link

1-800-810-4434
Picture
The Bucks County Housing Link is the centralized point of information, assessment, and referral services for all Bucks County residents experiencing a housing-related crisis.
How does the Bucks County Housing Link work?
  1. Residents experiencing a housing crisis will call the Bucks County Housing Link at 1-800-810-4434.
  2. The Housing Link Call Center staff will screen all callers with a brief interview to determine the household’s most appropriate next step referral.
  3. Callers that are street homeless will be referred directly to Street Outreach and callers that have late or eviction notices or are in a doubled up situation and being asked to leave will be referred to Housing Planning.
  4. Street Outreach and Housing Planning staff will work with callers to determine their housing needs and solutions to help resolve their housing crisis.
Which providers are participating in the Bucks County Housing Link?
The providers are: Family Service Association, Bucks County Housing Group, Bucks County Opportunity Council, Keystone Opportunity Center, YWCA Bucks County, Family Promise of Lower Bucks, Penndel Mental Health, and Valley Youth House. All participating providers have agreed to accept clients that are referred directly by the Bucks County Housing Link for housing and supportive services.
What should residents expect when they call the Bucks County Housing Link?
Callers will be briefly interviewed with a screening tool that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete over the phone. Callers will then be either electronically referred to the appropriate next step and/or given external resources and referrals as needed.  Callers will then be contacted by the appropriate next step in the Housing Link system for housing support and additional screenings based on their specific housing situation and needs.
What are the hours of operation for the Bucks County Housing Link?
Housing Link Centralized Intake at the Call Center is staffed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 8:30AM-7:30PM.  Tuesday from 8:30AM until 4:30PM.  Voicemail is available 24/7 and calls will be returned promptly.
