Which providers are participating in the Bucks County Housing Link?
The providers are: Family Service Association, Bucks County Housing Group, Bucks County Opportunity Council, Keystone Opportunity Center, YWCA Bucks County, Family Promise of Lower Bucks, Penndel Mental Health, and Valley Youth House. All participating providers have agreed to accept clients that are referred directly by the Bucks County Housing Link for housing and supportive services.

What should residents expect when they call the Bucks County Housing Link?
Callers will be briefly interviewed with a screening tool that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete over the phone. Callers will then be either electronically referred to the appropriate next step and/or given external resources and referrals as needed. Callers will then be contacted by the appropriate next step in the Housing Link system for housing support and additional screenings based on their specific housing situation and needs. |

Housing Link Centralized Intake at the Call Center is staffed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 8:30AM-7:30PM. Tuesday from 8:30AM until 4:30PM. Voicemail is available 24/7 and calls will be returned promptly.
