The Housing Group owns and operates 78 units of rental housing throughout the county. All of our properties are rented at or below market value with rents for a two bedroom ranging from $725 to $975 depending on what utilities are included.

Bristol Borough - 24 units

Fountainville - 11 units

Morrisville - 39 units

Telford - 5 units

Since the purchase of our first rental property in 1984, the Housing Group has consistently tried to maintain the difficult balance of providing safe and decent housing at an affordable price. We have been able to maintain our rents at below Fair Market, while making a total of over one million dollars in capitol improvements to the properties.

All of our properties are available to the public and all accept Section 8 certificates. Additionally, we are one of but a few landlords who actually promote the acceptance of rent subsidies.
