Wheels 2 Work (W2W), a donated car program, is a unique response to suburban low income family transportation needs. The mission of the program is to help Housing Group client families secure safe and reliable transportation to meet their daily needs like getting to work or school or to the grocery store. Having viable accessible transprotation is imperative if our families are to move forward…both literally and figuratively! Since 1996 W2W has given vehicles worth almost half a million dollars to families needing transportation.
Because W2W does not auction the cars off, donors actually receive Blue Book value tax receipt- the highest deduction allowed by law.
Donating a vehicle is convenient and easy; W2W schedules around your time frame and takes care of all transfer issues in a safe and legal fashion and your privacy is protected at all times.
If you do not have a car to donate but want to support this great program please click on our donation page to provide car repair funding for this great program. Although the cars are in good working order, each donated car usually needs some type of repair so donations to fund repairs are always welcome.
